Full Description: : With a total development area of 279000m2 this project will be constructed in three phases:
The present details refer to the first phase of the project, which will have a total of 55, two and three bed townhouses / semi-detached houses (built on two floors), as well as 94 apartments (buildings with two floors only) ranging in size from 68,5m2 (one bed) to 82m2 (first Floor) and 91,5m2 (ground floor) for 2 bed apartments.
There will be two large swimming pool areas in the inner circle of the complex and two smaller pools on the perimeter of the complex. There will be landscaped gardens and leisure areas. Tennis courts and other sports areas projected as well. The project also includes condominium quarters, bar/restaurant, minimarket with tobacconist /stationery shop, areas for maintenance and security staff, and some 195 parking spaces.
The project will have access to national road 395 which joins the IP1 (which is the motorway connecting Lisbon to the Algarve region), the Via do Infante, or A22, which is the motorway which runs across the entire Algarve region and into Spain. The beaches of Albufeira and surrounding areas will be approx. a 5 minute drive away and there are various golf courses in the area within a 30 minute drive. The complex will be some 15 minutes from Vilamoura.
